12 MONTH CHECK UP!

This was Gracyn before the vaccines and flu shot! ;-) This time the doctor was happy with her growth and weight! She is 30.5" tall and weighs 20.34 lbs. (wears mostly 18 mos. clothes) She past all the expected milestones babies should be doing:

*Babbles
*Says at least 3 words
*Stands for a few seconds unaided
*Takes 4-5 steps unaided
*Points


She actually does more than this and he is pleased! Gracyn can:

*Babbles
*Says Mom, Dad, dog, hi, "Hi Dad", "Hi Dog" and signs "more" and "thank you ", says yes and points while saying NO!
*Stands for long periods of time, can stand from a sitting position, climbs stairs (up and down)
*Walks with confidence and at times, close to a run!
*Points and waves 

*Follows simple directions 

*Independent- tries to put her shoes on, brush her teeth, wash her body and hair! 
*Plays and entertains herself
*Points to several body parts when asked and is even pointing and waiting for us to tell her what it is! Lately she lifts shirt to show her belly!  So cute!

* Has 10 teeth!

*Favorite food- hot dogs blue berries cantaloupe. Breast in am only with 24oz of milk a day in a sippy cup. 

*When she is tired, she pulls her hair. :-(

*Loves to ride toys

*Loves her chair (minnie recliner)

*Stingy with kisses. :-(

*Weaning from pacifier

*Listens while Mommy reads  to her and looks at pictures!!!!!

*Hard to wake up in am when Mommy goes to work. Will lay on floor asleep while Mommy does last minute things until she has to get up and go!
