Contractions about 2 minutes apart for 3 hours before Caitlin and Joey decided to call OB ....He suggested she get checked out. The cervix is posterior but is finally dilated to 1cm ! After two more hours of the same contraction pattern, she was checked again.....NO PROGRESS! He sent her home. :-(. He gave her a therapeutic relaxant so Caitlin can get some rest tonight. If this is real labor, she will know when she wakes up....with hopefully stronger contractions......if it is false labor, then she may be in this pattern of stronger BH for a period of time, or they may stop. ....She is to call when the contractions bring her to tears.....right now they just make her eyes water!
