2 YRS. OLD- BATHING SUIT PICTURE
OH TERRIFIC!
Miss Gracyn is and has been holding full blown conversations with us for months now! Here are a couple that we won't forget:
M: During church today you are going to the nursery.
G: Will Mamaw be there? (Mamaw works in the nursery on a rotation)
M: Yes
G: OH TERRIFIC!
G: Look Mommy, Tooth fairy!
M: That's not a tooth fairy. (Assuming she is pointing to clouds in the sky)
G: Tooth fairy...tooth under Peppa Pig's pillow.....a coin!

2 YRS. OLD- PRECIOUS
Two years ago today, our world changed for the better. I'll never forget telling everyone in the waiting room to take back the newborn clothes because Mommy gave birth to a toddler! Haha! You have been ahead of the curve not only in size but in your skills as well. You talk up a storm and hold a real conversation with us in multiple sentences with reasoning behind your words! You can count well into the teens and you know your letters, sounds and numbers by sight! I bet you are reading by the time you are Three or Four! You are potty trained and you wear panties during the day. You wake up dry in the mornings, but Mommy and Daddy aren't brave enough to try panties at night just yet. You are now 25.5 lbs (51st percentile) and height 34" (70th percentile). You wear size 2T and size 6 or 7 shoe depending on the style. You FINALLY have enough hair for two little pig tails. This time last year you were still bald! Oh and you started dance class! We love watching you learn!

2nd BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Gracyn was adorable today! Did you notice her pig tails! This time last year she was still bald! She sang Happy Birthday and danced while she sang, then she blew out her number 2 candle! During the gift opening time, she kept saying "Hmmmm, I think I will open this one next!" She was also very expressive with each gift with words like, "Wow, Awe, Oh, Pretty...." What I will remember most is that she took the time to sit on the floor and tried to read each of her birthday cards, then she would stand up and rip off the wrapping paper, throw it away, and then she admired each gift! Melt my heart!!!'

ALPHABET
Guess who knows her alphabet by site? Yep! Gracyn does! Endless ABC, and Endless Reader plus other apps along with Mommy's time, has helped her learn her alphabet....out of order! Some of my Kindergartners come into school not knowing their letters.....and Gracyn is just turning Two! Smart little thing!

23.5 MOS.- PANTIES TRANSITION!
Guess who has transitioned from pull ups to panties all day long!? Gracyn even insists on pulling them up and down on her own when she has to potty. Just the other day we saw a naked bottom run past us to the bathroom because she had to potty! She still wears a pull-up at bedtime, but mostly wakes up dry. Mommy just isn't ready to make the leap from pull-ups to panties through the night just yet!
