21.5 MOS- 2 YR. MOLAR !
Mommy noticed your 2 year molar coming in! Last night you cried for Mommy at bedtime and asked to sleep with her. Mommy was a champ and didn't give in. Mommy asked if anything hurt, and you told her your teeth hurt!

21.5 MOS- GUESS WHAT?
GRACYN HAD HER FIRST DRY DAY! She has this new routine of sitting on the potty with a focused look...as soon as she pees, she tells us to do the Potty dance and sometimes she joins in the dance with us!!! We are soooooo proud of her!!!!

21 MOS.-JUST A MINUTE!
On the way home tonight, Mommy asked Gracyn to spell her name, she promptly said, "Mama, just a minute, I am busy!" ....with her finger up in the air! (She was busy coloring on her notepad).
Gracyn and Mommy are also busy with potty training. This weekend, I asked her several times if she had to go potty, she usually responded, "No, not right now, I am fine!" ......She cracks me up!

DADDY'S CAR
Daddy traded cars with Uncle David, who services them......after the quick car exchange, Gracyn said, "Uncle David's car? Daddy's car broke? I fix it! "

MIMI'S CASTLE
On the way home each day, Gracyn and Mommy go by an apple orchard. On the orchard there is a tall white silo. Gracyn calls the silo Mimi's castle! "Mommy, there's Mimi's castle!"

20.5 MONTHS- NAMES
Little Miss Gracyn is toooo smart for her own good! Lately she has been calling all of us by our first names! For example, I went to see her for lunch the other day, she greeted me with, Hi Shelly! She calls Mommy and Daddy by name....Hey, Joe!.... Just today, she wanted her Great Grandpa and she yelled for him....Honey....Dick ! She cracks us up!!!
Another new thing she is doing daily with her Great Grandma is "school" work. Each day that Mommy comes home, Gracyn shares her homework. Today she put stickers on animals and made the animal sounds. :-). (The educator in me is beaming!)
