14 MOS.- NEW THINGS

Gracyn is getting quite the personality!  Today I picked her up after work and she ran to the door calling for mama. The other day she pointed her finger at Mommy and said NO!  She now signs the word PLEASE. And.... Today grandma asked her if she wanted toast for breakfast, and she said Yesh (yes)!  :-)......and I can't forget to document that she now has 12 teeth!  One thing that we have noticed .....this cold weather does not agree with her sensitive skin!  Poor thing is continually fighting a rash on her face.  It will be interesting to see if we see the same trend next year when the weather turns cold again.  Another thing Mommy noticed lately is that Gracyn tends to cross her eyes when looking at some objects up close.  If this doesn't correct itself over time, I see an eye doctor visit in her near future.  :-(.  Sorry I passed down my poor eye genes to you....please forgive me!

We worked on the kid's backsplash today. Caitlin was soooo proud of herself that she said "I'm a genius!" Then Gracyn said out loud, "Genius" ! LOL. PRICELESS!

11/12/13- FIRST SNOW THIS YEAR!

ALMOST 14 MOS.- NEW SKILLS

This little cutie is talking more! She say Lolo (Milo- her dog), Zac (her uncle), fish, dodo ( rooster sound), babas (bubbles).....she still points to all body points on command, and consistent with many animal sounds (mentioned earlier)! She now wears mostly 18 month clothes, size 4 shoe, has fuzz for hair and 11 teeth! She is a picky eater now and throws most of her food on the floor for the dogs.....when all else fails Mommy pulls out her favorite fruit snacks! Oh and I don't want to forget to mention that she has an unhealthy obsession with the dog dishes! .....Then there is the topic of sleep or lack there of :-(. Gracyn refuses to sleep in her crib! Thank God for the baby swing! I joked with Mommy and told her we are going to have to figure out an adult size baby swing for the future! Haha!
